The service
Sloted provides online booking, scheduling, payments and messaging tools for businesses. These terms are between Gaffiero Digital and the business that signs up.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe, excluding VAT. The free trial lasts 14 days and needs no card. Sloted takes 0% commission on your bookings; card fees are Stripe's standard fees, passed through with no mark-up. Message credits beyond your plan's allowance are sold in packs.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your services, prices, cancellation policies and your relationship with your clients, including any fiscal-receipt obligations that apply to your business. You must have a lawful basis to message your clients.
Payments to you
Client payments are processed by Stripe on your own Stripe account and paid out to you by Stripe under Stripe's terms.
Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime and take daily backups. We are not liable for indirect losses; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
Leaving
You can cancel any time. You can export all your data as CSV files in one click, before and for 30 days after cancellation.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
